Aalborg CBH 5000燃油锅炉正常燃烧控制由电脑程序控制,所有操作都在机旁的控制面板屏幕上完成,在屏幕上可以实行自动燃烧控制和手动燃烧控制。这里的手动燃烧控制就单指锅炉运行时的负荷控制,同时不能根据蒸汽压力自动启停。其他如水位控制都还是自动调节的。所有的警报还在自动监控状态。当机旁控制面板功能故障不能操作时还有一套应急点火运行系统,应急运行系统也包括两种运行方式,主要是油的使用区别,在应急点火运行的情况下燃烧器电加热是不工作的,所以应急点火模式锅炉只能烧轻油,一路来自MGO日用柜,这是一路独立的系统,通过面板上的换油程序可以转换,这也是锅炉需要烧轻油时的常用方法。另一路来自重油系统,直接在分油机间锅炉供油泵的进口管系上转换轻油阀就可以。具体操作程序如下:

1 如上图开关1由自动位置转换到应急位置,这是一个钥匙开关。
2 选择图示6或者14按钮启动一台给水泵。
3 选择图示7或者15旋钮开关启动一台MGO油泵,观察燃烧器旁MGO压力表压力是否在26-30BAR范围。
4 压力正常后选择图示2按钮开关启动燃烧器风机马达。
5 风机运转后选择图示4按钮开关开启燃烧器风门到全开位置,扫风至少1分钟。
6 选择图示12按钮开关使燃烧器风门到全关位置。
7 同时按下图示9/10两个按钮开关点火,观察燃烧器观察孔,点火成功后松开两个按钮开关,同时图示3灯会常亮状态。
8 根据需要的蒸汽压力调节图示4/12按钮开关来增加或减少锅炉负荷,最小不能小于30%负荷,太低会使锅炉燃烧状况不好,冒黑烟,因为风门开度太小。
应急点火使用重油管系的点火程序:
1 首先到分油机间把锅炉燃油供油泵进口阀由重油转至轻油,转换阀是一个三通阀。
2 如上图开关1由自动位置转换到应急位置。
3 选择图示6或者14按钮启动一台给水泵。
4 选择图示5/13两个按钮开关启动一台燃油供油泵,并观察燃烧器旁的压力应该在3-5BAR之间。
5 选择图示16按钮开关启动燃油增压泵,观察燃烧器旁压力应该在26-30BAR之间。
6 压力正常后选择图示2按钮开关启动燃烧器风机马达。
7 风机运转后选择图示4按钮开关开启燃烧器风门到全开位置,扫风至少1分钟。
8 选择图示12按钮开关使燃烧器风门到全关位置。
9 同时按下图示9/10两个按钮开关点火,观察燃烧器观察孔,点火成功后松开两个按钮开关,同时图示3灯会常亮状态。
10 根据需要的蒸汽压力调节图示4/12按钮开关来增加或减少锅炉负荷,最小不能小于30%负荷,太低会使锅炉燃烧状况不好,冒黑烟,因为风门开度太小。
由于锅炉在应急点火模式下只有极低水位,火焰故障和燃烧空气压力低这三个保护功能,其他的保护都没有,锅炉水位的自动控制也没有,只能手动调整锅炉水位,所以在应急点火的情况下要密切监视锅炉水位。燃烧负荷也要控制,保持有4.5BAR的蒸汽压力就足够了。
如果测试应急点火,选用MGO模式操作的情况时,在转换应急点火开关前要把锅炉转换为MGO模式,这时锅炉的进回油阀都是MGO管系。如果转换应急点火开关前没有转换,这时就需要手动转换锅炉MGO进回油阀的位置。
如果是锅炉控制面板故障,需要紧急运行锅炉,这时又是在使用重油的情况,就直接在分油机间转换油阀就行了,选用上述第二种方法。

根据炉水化验结果选择图示8按钮开关进行炉水投药。

As shown above, switch 1 switches from automatic position to emergency position, which is a key switch.

2 Choose button 6 or 14 in the figure to start a feed pump. 

3. Choose the knob switch shown in the figure 7 or 15 to start an MGO oil pump and observe whether the pressure of the MGO pressure gauge next to the burner is in the range of 26-30bar. 

4 after the pressure is normal, choose the button switch shown in figure 2 to start the burner fan motor. 

5 after the fan is running, select the button switch shown in figure 4 to open the air valve of the burner to the fully open position, and sweep the air for at least 1 minute. 

6 select the figure 12 button switch to make the burner air door to the full closed position. 

7. Simultaneously press the two button switches 9/10 shown in the figure to ignite and observe the observation hole of the burner. After the ignition is successful, release the two button switches and the light 3 shown in the figure will be steady on. 

8 according to the required steam pressure adjustment figure 4/12 button switch to increase or reduce the boiler load, the minimum load should not be less than 30%, too low will make the boiler combustion condition is not good, black smoke, because the air door opening is too small. 

Emergency ignition using heavy oil pipeline ignition procedures:

1 first to the oil distributor room to transfer the boiler fuel oil supply pump inlet valve from heavy oil to light oil, conversion valve is a three-way valve. 

2 Switch 1 from automatic position to emergency position as shown above. 

3. Select button 6 or 14 in the figure to start one feed pump. 

4 Choose the two button switch shown in figure 5/13 to start a fuel supply pump and observe that the pressure at the burner side should be between 3 and 5BAR. 

5. Select the button switch shown in the figure 16 to start the fuel booster pump, and observe that the pressure beside the burner should be between 26-30bar. 

6 after the pressure is normal, choose the button switch shown in figure 2 to start the burner fan motor. 

7. After the fan is running, select the button switch shown in figure 4 to open the air valve of the burner to the fully open position and sweep the air for at least 1 minute. 

8 select the figure 12 button switch to make the burner air door to the full closed position. 

9 At the same time, press the two button switches 9/10 shown in the figure to ignite, observe the observation hole of the burner, release the two button switches after the ignition is successful, and the light 3 shown in the figure will be steady on. 

10 According to the required steam pressure adjustment figure 4/12 button switch to increase or reduce the boiler load, the minimum load should not be less than 30%, too low will make the boiler combustion condition is not good, black smoke, because the air door opening is too small. 

Because the boiler in the emergency ignition mode only has a very low water level, flame failure and combustion air pressure is low these three protection functions, other protection are not, the automatic control of boiler water level is not, can only manually adjust the boiler water level, so in the case of emergency ignition to closely monitor the boiler water level. 

Combustion load should also be controlled and a steam pressure of 4.5BAR should be sufficient. If the emergency ignition is tested and MGO mode is selected, the boiler should be converted to MGO mode before the emergency ignition switch is switched. In this case, the inlet and return oil valves of the boiler are MGO pipe systems. If there is no switch before switching the emergency ignition switch, it is necessary to manually change the position of the boiler MGO oil inlet and return valve. If it is the boiler control panel failure, the need for emergency operation of the boiler, then it is in the use of heavy oil, directly in the oil distributor between the oil valve on the line, choose the second method above. According to the results of the furnace water test, choose the 8 button switch shown in the picture for furnace water dosing.
